Reckon is a football prediction game. This policy explains exactly what data the app handles. It is short because the app collects very little — that is a design decision, not an omission.

All of it is linked to your account, because all of it is your game.
An earlier version of this policy mentioned anonymous usage and crash data. Those tools were never switched on, so the app has never sent either, and the wording has been corrected to say so.
You can use Reckon without signing up. The app creates an anonymous account on your device so your predictions are saved. If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive an identifier from Apple — we do not receive or store your email address or your name.
If you sign in with Apple and that Apple ID already has a Reckon account, the existing account takes over and any predictions made anonymously on this device are discarded. The app warns you before this happens.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, then Delete account, inside the app. This permanently removes your predictions, points, streak and display name. It cannot be undone, and we do not keep a copy.
We do not sell your data. We use these service providers to run the app:
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion is available immediately in the app. For anything else, contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
Reckon is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. The app contains no gambling, no wagering and no real-money features of any kind.
If this policy changes materially we will say so in the app before the change takes effect.
