If you have subscribed before — on this phone or another one signed in to the same Apple ID — open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. It is also on the subscription screen itself. You will not be charged twice.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us, so cancelling happens in iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Reckon → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel at least 24 hours before a free trial ends to avoid being charged.
Close and reopen the app. Entitlements are confirmed with our server on launch, and that check can lag a purchase by a few seconds. If it is still locked after that, tap Restore purchases in Settings, and email us if it persists — include the Apple ID email you purchased with.
Predictions lock the moment a match kicks off, and the lock is applied by our server using its own clock — so changing the time on your phone will not reopen a match. If a match has not started and a prediction still will not save, you are most likely offline; the app will tell you so.
Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your predictions, points and streak. It cannot be undone, and we cannot recover the data afterwards.
Because it is a probability model, not a prophecy. When it says a team has a 64% chance, it expects to be wrong about a third of the time — and it publishes its full accuracy record in the app, including the bad weeks, so you can check that its confidence is honest. Early in a season it has very little current-season data and says so.
Reckon is not a gambling service. No wagering, no currency, no stakes, no bookmaker odds, and no links to betting services. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for anything.
